What is Meri Capsule?

Meri Capsule is the capsule product of the Turkish brand Meri. One package contains 30 capsules, enough for 30 days at one capsule a day. It is taken in the morning with a large glass of water, about an hour before a light breakfast.

The formula is short and easy to read: green tea and guarana as natural sources of caffeine, red pepper extract, citrus, and two plant-based fillers (gum tragacanth and starch). It does not contain laxative herbs.

• Drink 2–3 litres of water or unsweetened drinks during the day.

Do not exceed one capsule a day. Because Meri Capsule contains caffeine from green tea and guarana, limit other strong caffeinated drinks on the same day and avoid alcohol. Do not skip meals.
