What is FORX5 Coffee?

FORX5 Coffee (also searched as ForX5 Kaffee or ForX5 Koffie) is a herbal instant coffee from the Turkish ForX5 brand, the makers of Magic Milk. One box contains 30 ready-to-mix sachets, enough for 30 days at one cup a day. You mix one sachet with hot water and drink it about 30 minutes before a meal.

The blend combines coffee with eleven botanical ingredients, including ginger, cinnamon, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, maca, flaxseed and peppermint. It is designed as a replacement for your usual coffee, not an extra cup.

How to use FORX5 Coffee

• Empty one sachet into a cup of hot water.
• Stir well.
• Drink one cup a day, about 30 minutes before a meal.
• Drink at least 2 litres of water during the day.

Do not exceed one sachet a day. Replace one of your usual coffees with it rather than drinking it in addition. Because it contains coffee, the morning is the best time if caffeine affects your sleep.

Caffeine and interactions

FORX5 Coffee contains caffeine. For healthy adults, up to around 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources is generally considered safe. Ginkgo biloba and ginseng can interact with some medicines, for example blood thinners. If you take any regular medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.
