Updated Agreements become effective on the date they are published on the Site, and Members are deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement by continuing to use the Site.
8.2. Notifications: The Company reserves the right to notify Members of changes; however, Members are encouraged to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates.
9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
9.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Turkey.
9.2. Jurisdiction: The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this Agreement.
